i actually don't think i ever reviewed it...but it was definitely worth the money spent 2 years back!i've found that drying my hair on the lower strength and higher heat was the best way to get my hair nice. i don't seem to have as much damage as i used to get. i'm sure you will love, i'd be surprised if you don't!

the cold dark mornings are back, training at 5.30am never felt better.
tonight my life will change completely and hopefully it's the right choice. i've been there before but not in this state of mind. i wish i could be at home now and i hope everything isn't quite gone yet.. i'm so scared.
so i've been struggling with the delicious protein and how it affects my gut, so on a break from it and it's been replaced with protowhey... not ideal in terms of trying to boost protein levels but it's what my stomach can handle at the moment, and the coffee mocha flavour is insane! pretty much the protowhey is hydrolyzed meaning already broken down so it eliminates the hard work for your tummy, and it's essentially absorbed quicker. would not recommend if you're ok with regular protein as it's only 50% protein from memory and highly expensive, more a treat perhaps since the carbs/fats are a bit higher than your regular wpi. and i bought some new phd wired in watermelon, SO MUCH BETTER than tropical. it's sour and yummy and melony and pretty much my favorite thing and i couldn't live without it. EVER!

with all this annoying stress, i didnt really feel like eating too much this morning so i went to safeway to find something yum. I came across this juice called Rebootyourlife which is an all natural juice and what i thought may be cold pressed. But then i thought impossible because cold pressed juices have a very short lifespan. With some research i have found out they use a technology called high pressure processing which give a 4 week shelf life and still does not apply heat and is just as nutritionally beneficial as cold pressing. i checked the ingredients, nutritional info etc against cold pressed juice companies, and it's exactly the same, but far cheaper! you won't be able to do a cleanse on these guys but they're well priced to have one a day (if you eliminate your coffee). here is the website http://rebootyourlife.com.au/

If there ever was a store that liked stirring up controversy and pushing the envelope it would be American Apparel. Their latest little stunt was upfront
i've been following dailyhiit for a little while now. a bit of mindless reading, i guess, nothing too informative or well written. one of the recent articles i've linked through to was about the pubic hair window by american apparel which i think is absolutely hilarious. while not entirely tasteful, it is funny and 'real'. we all have it whether we get rid of it or not. completely natural. what i found interesting was the debate below. the comments. some people felt it was too much others felt that if american apparel were going to be 'real' with the hair, why are they not 'real' with the mannequins? the comment that got me the most: "if it is meant to be realistic, why no armpit hair peaking out? why not stomachs and cellulite? those are not what REAL women looking like. those are what giant barbies look like with pubic hair glued to them. just a marketing stunt. nothing more." ok - so the part that got me. REAL WOMEN!!!!!!!! i responded with my opinion to the effect of: "stop with this REAL women bullshit. i am a REAL 5ft4 woman, with no cellulite, no stretchmarks, no stomach... i dont whinge about mannequins because they are 'too tall'...get a grip..." ok, yeah it may have come out a little wrong but it's the truth. i do not have those traits, (thank you mum) and i was in no way ‘rubbing’ it in (they’re allowed to be proud of their curves, why can I not be proud of my body btw?). to which i got called a narcissist. not really offended because i know i am not, i work hard to be me along with kind genetics but WHO ARE THESE INSECURE WOMEN to call others such as myself anything other than real!? the last time i checked, i have a vagina therefore yep, you guessed it, a REAL WOMAN! so my response:
"not at all what i am, a narcissist is someone in love with their image, i too have flaws. I'm simply stating that just because i do not have some of those traits that make a 'real woman', does not make me less of a woman. I'm getting at the point that real women...there is no such thing...we come is all shapes and sizes...a real woman should not be defined as curvy/thin, having a pooch/no pooch etc..." absolutely disgusted that women think it is ok to shame other women...have some respect…
