WARNING: LOTS OF WORDS BELOW As many of you know, I have been infusing my geekiness into my BFS setups. A couple of months ago, I resolved to do this with my favorite subject: Star Wars. After intense research into various reels and aftermarket parts, I came to the conclusion that my goal was out of reach. Until @rembrandtreels popped into my feed. I rolled the dice to see if this cat would indulge me and after some pleading on my part and a shared appreciation for white reels, I sent a new Tatula CT his way for a one-of-a-kind, one-time-only project. The goal was to make it look like a stormtrooper helmet and as you can tell from the pics, mission accomplished! And so I present to you the Impereel March (yes, that is a wordplay), a #daiwareelsTatula CT 7.3:1 at its core, paired with a #phenixrods Recon Elite 7'1" Light. In addition to a bad-ass paint job, the Tat has been fully tuned. She sounds like a jet engine when she spins! Or should I say TIE fighter?
