I’ve wanted to do one of these material studies for a while now- so I figured I should start!
I’m using a fancy rounded pyramid shape!

Designed some rogue robots for a Board game Assignment thing! I'm excited by how their body shapes correspond with their piece on the board.
The big guy is the Black General, the tall one Lancer and the small buggy one is Prowler.
So, I was bored in class and decided to challenge myself to do a food study using only a mouse and the photoshop default brushes. C: (To be specific I only used two brushes. A soft edge brush and a hard edge brush.)
It was surprisingly really relaxing and fun. Not to mention it forced me to be more precise with my marks. (Yeah, I'm pretty sure I end up blending too much when I use my tablet.)
I highly suggest trying this out if you're too comfortable using your tablet. I know this kept me on my toes. x,D
