Slow Sunday morning writing cards to friends and family for various reasons and journalling! I'm making my Muji Academic year planner 24/25 last as long as possible as they aren't releasing this type of planner this year :( I was debating moving to a year start planner anyway so I guess this makes that decision for me!

My German classes restart next week and so I am doing some work on parts of the textbooks I wasn't present for previously. I'm feeling better, and have been enjoying the sunsets and trying some embroidery! Today I went for a walk to start building back up from being attached to the sofa.

I missed my German class last week because I was on holiday and also sick! Rubbish! I visited a cute café though and I am determined to catch up. We studied modal verbs and indirect questions.

Ich habe letzte Woche meinen Deutschkurs verpassen, weil ich im Urlaub war. Ich war krank auch! Mensch! Ich habe aber ein süß Cafe besucht. Ich muss jetzt einholen. Wir studieren modal Verben und indirekte Fragesätze.

Working hard? Hardly working? This weekend I read Yeonnam-dong's Smiley Laundromat and it is as soul-warming as described. I also discovered you can get Anki as a laptop application for free which has revolutionised my German vocab practise! For once, I might actually be prepared for my lesson this evening ✨
