Tuesday bike ride to woodside for a fill of Jollibee and the most refreshing cup of Halo-halo, a Bourdain-approved pinoy dessert of shaved ice, ube, flan, milk and all sorts of summery goodness. In the evening, a trip to the Philippine consulate for some indie short films and eventually meeting some of the filmmakers over dinner with friends. Quite the inspiring mix of shorts. Fit for an upcoming possible documentary project of sorts of artists from all over.
