Heyo I was wondering if you have any advice on how to put yourself out there when trying to sell art?? I'm trying really hard so I could buy fall out boy tickets but I'm mainly starting off irl first so I could see if I could handle a small business but Idk how to push myself to show others my art and how to not feel bad for having friends irl pay for my drawings

Hello! I sometimes still feel awkward charging friends for art, but you have to realize that you are a professional - you have worked hard to develop this skill, and you are entitled to earn money from it. I think this is a case of “you won’t know until you try”. Take the leap! Start small - share a booth at a local convention, open up an online shop, open up commissions online - things like that! Take advantage of all the free online platforms to sell art on, like RedBubble and Society6, where you don’t have to do anything other than upload your image. You spent time and effort developing this skill, and if other people want products with your art on it, they have to be willing to give some money for it :)

Hey I was wondering what drawing tablet you use?? And like what software. Cause I draw a LOT traditionally but it seems really fun and cool to do art digitally, so like long story short where should I start? And with what?? Thanks a ton and I love love love your art btw. I always put some of my favorites by you as my wallpapers for a while(ˊᵕˋ)

Lol I’ve answered this like, 3 times in the last week I swear XD

I use a Wacom Intuos Draw (small) with Fire Alpaca (free software!), on a Macbook Pro. If you check out my art advice tag you’ll see a lot of tips for digital art there, particularly this one, this one, aaaand this one.

Also if you start drawing digitally, never stop arting traditionally. Both are beneficial.

Taxi cab is such a beautiful song in all honesty. Like I stayed home from school today for some mental health issues and outside is so pretty and I'm just listening to taxi cab on repeat and drawing. It's also really beautiful outside.
