Among the many delightful things about this are the following:

1. Their principles of parking, as detailed on IG, include “pronouncement, performance, and placement.” The first says you must signal your intention so the car behind knows to stop and wait. The second notes a preference for smooth and timely parking, first attempt. The latter notes that one should leave a little space as possible between cars. This is right and correct.

2. Their co-opting of the logo of the Philadelphia parking authority, an organization so hated that “Fuck the PPA” is an acceptable greeting and the refrain of a song by a local fave band
