soooo my second year as an anthropology student is officially over and i gotta say it was a rough one — first of all i was in a perpetual state of angst because of zoom university (derogatory), it just didn’t agree with me but i learned many new things, read a lot of interesting articles and books and i tried my best!!

the courses i took were nonwhite feminism (a fave honestly), political anthropology as an independent module, anthropology theory seminar and a course on colonialism with both historical and anthropological perspectives — there were many times i thought i wouldn’t make it through my readings or lectures and essays but i did it all anyways and for that i get to pat myself on the back!

During high school I’ve taken biology in Arabic and so these botany terms are really unfamiliar to me so I’m just confused and intimidated by botany rn... I’ll have to get over that bec my quiz is in a few days and I have no idea what’s going on - well actually I did study alittle bit so I know it’s going to be okay but I like to be dramatic😘😘😘

Anyways,, I got the full mark in my chemistry lab quiz!!!!! Which was a huge surprise to me since I wasn’t expecting anything from myself so I was really happy abt my grade🙏 I just hope I can continue on this streak🤩🤩🤩

+I’m getting better at participating in class... I used to get so nervous but I’ve been participating a lot lately, and I even talk without planning whatever I’m going to say so that’s a point for me💞💞 yay me (in London tipton’s voice)
