Identity

I don't know if Identiy is something that you can find or recieve or something that already in you since the very beginning. People said "you sould be yourself instead of being someone else" Then how do you define yourself? How would you know the real you? How would you understand your identity without being influenced by others opinion? Judgements and labels are the things that will influence people when they try to find out who they really are. Sometimes people become someone that the society wanted, sometimes people become someone that they thought they wanted to be. And indirectly the society create someone's identity. Then how can people understand about their own identity when identity is something abstrack and complicated. What will you do when the 'identity' that used to describe you doesn't fit anymore? What will you do when the identity that people made aren't event represent you. What will you do to be you?

Music, the reflection of ones' soul

'Music is this miraculous thing that has influenced my life on so many levels. Music can guide me, help me, cheer me up, enlighten me, bring clarity and amaze me with its beauty. Music defines me, and I define the music I listen to. Music has an insight on my life, not many people have. By looking at the music I listen to and what lyrics I quote, one can tell what mood I’m in, what problems I’m currently facing or struggling with, just where I’m standing in life. Therefore, music is not only great entertainment for one but also, when further analyzing ones music preferences and influences, literally, a reflection of ones’ soul.'
