   Here’s a look at the rest of that Goblin Wing of Phoenix characters I illustrated a while back for that wonderful human and immense creative Keith Baker.  I loved getting to translate more traditional Fantasy monsters into the very stylized Phoenix world.

Phoenix: Dawn Command

Heya Folks! Me again, of course. So, last GenCon (almost a year ago, yikes!) I played a little rpg by Kieth Baker (of Eberron fame.) The game is called Phoenix: Dawn Command. In the game, you take the role of a Phoenix, someone reborn from a past life with new strength and powers. Every time you give your life for the cause, you are reborn stronger. After your seventh death, you are gone from the world forever.

The game uses a simple, custom, card system for resolution of actions rather than dice, and the card art is amazing! The game is pretty small/indie still and I’d LOVE for more people to see it. You can find more about it HERE
