Some #moodboards I made for #MoodPitch last week! Which is your favorite? I ended up receiving a TON of support from fellow writers during this event! I think I’ve finally started to get a handle on how to maximize the support my pitches receive. It was amazing to see all of the phenomenal pitches and boards that everyone came up with! As for agent interaction, this is actually the first pitch event I’ve ever been in where #phoenixbook didn’t receive any likes. Lots of agents are winding down for the year and/or loaded up with queries from the pitch events not even a full month before this one, and so I actually didn’t see much agent interaction in general! I’ll likely query a few more people who’ve been on my list for a tad and then close out until the wave of post NaNo submissions recedes. Still waiting on responses to most of the fulls I have out there! I wish I could give updates sooner, but it’s also nice to be able to sit back and enjoy working on different projects while I wait for news.
