GUESTS MAY BEGIN ARRIVING
Guests should arrive and be seated by 3PM. The ceremony will begin at 3:30PM and last approximately 30 minutes.
Upon arriving at the Westin Peace Spa and Resort, guests will follow signs leading them to a beautiful glass elevator, which will take them up and up and up to the presently-reserved garden rooftop. The glass elevator will allow them to look outside over the beautiful cityscape of downtown Los Angeles.
Pick a seat, not a side. You’re all loved dearly by the Groom and Bride.
A sign written in beautiful calligraphy, just outside the elevator doors, will invite guests to sit wherever they like. There are several rows of white chairs before them, padded with alternating blue or dark-purple cushions and flanking a navy blue carpet. The edges of the roof are lined with hedges and bushes of white flowers, with the occasion large, standing vase of various blue and purple flowers set in a semi-circle near the “front” of the area.
Said front is a small stage. All white wood with a marble white surface atop it. The backdrop is a thin, minimalistic white wedding arch covered in even more flowers, but also decorated with various science and law-themed ornaments.
There are two large speakers set up near the stage, and two in the back, which connect to a DJ’s booth settled into the back-right corner of the space. Attendants are around, ready to direct guests downstairs one floor to use the restrooms if they need to.
