i will post the full pdf for everyone to enjoy as soon as i get back from iceland! thank you all for not murdering me when i wouldn't stop complaining about this project. i'm sure i'll have more to say later and hopefully when i watch my m&g video back i don't think i was too cringe to share it because i really want to show everyone their reactions

Made a couple things from the phookbook this weekend!

First we made these lemon berry cookies from @/galemontelongo (on instagram)! We messed up a little and didn’t chill the dough before baking it so they look a little melty but they were delicious!

Second we made these Korean Beef Rice Bowls by @classic-sapphic! (We added shredded carrots just cause we had some and wanted vegetables with our dinner) They were delicious and we’re definitely going to make these again!

It was so cool to make recipes from other phannies and we’re definitely planning to make more soon!

3 ingredient peanut butter cookies turned out great!! Chewy, salty, and sweet, like I'm eating the center of a Reese's cup :)

I cooked a recipe from the phookbook yesterday!!

Honestly a success, it doesn't look as good as the picture but it was fun to make with my kid!

Working on my own edition of @pseudophan's phookbook; i wasn't able to keep the original cover as this will be clothbound and my cover art had to be less complex due to the nature of iron on vinyl, but I'm really really pleased with what I've come up with here. I am going to include the original cover art on the front endpage, because I don't want to discard it entirely! I'm also planning to change the measurements to cups just because I'm Canadian and I'm not going to want to translate the measurements every time I feel like making something lol
