julian: i just spent all day work from home and i left JUST to get some food and this little MONSTER chewed up all of my reports.
julian: i'm giving my dog away, do you want it?

as breezy wiped the water droplets from the wine glasses, she looked up at the other. “i went to a party over the weekend,” she took a pause to place the glasses together and grab a drink. “all i did was walk into the place and i heard someone yell ‘dibs!’ within the crowd.” she started laughing a bit behind her glass of water. “little did he know that i’m off limits,” she joked a bit with her customer. “anyways, how was your weekend?” breezy asked the other.
There was a limited timeframe in Arizona where it didn’t suck to be outside. And he may have been born under the desert sun, but that didn’t mean that Sammy didn’t dread the summer months. So he’d picked the first weekend in February to have a little bit of a yard sale. The spare bedroom was always a little cluttered, and anything that the kid sold was going directly into his pocket. But Patrick had left for the day, off to play ball with his friends, and so Sam was just barely starting the cleanup process to get everything back in the apartment. There were still various things on and around the table, from sports equipment to an older television to a guitar that looked to be in perfect condition. “Prices are flexible. Anything I don’t have to lug back upstairs,” Sam said, smiling at someone who had stopped to consider his wares.
IT HAD BEEN A LONG DAY , and alanis was ready to go home. she was so focused on getting everything cleaned and closed up that she realized she hadn’t locked the door to the coffee shop. she was still getting used to be ALLOWED to close the shop up after building a relationship with the small cafe’s owner , and she realized she was still terrible at general work responsibilities even after three years. the BELL alerts her of her mistakes , and alanis is already spewing out words and excuses before she looks to see who’s come in. “ okay , NOT trying to say this rudely but i’m a total DOOFUS and we’re supposed to be closed. i already dumped everything so unless you want a muffin or a day old bear claw , i can’t help you. ”
okay i’m garbage at open starters so that’s all ur gonna get from me but please LIKE THIS if you’d like a closed starter from one of my kids !
