Doesn't that make Hisoka a psychopath? It's not really something he can change, though he can learn moral social behavior i guess and act like a normal human being.

i don’t feel i’m qualified to answer this in any way. i don’t know enough about it to really comment. i have some thoughts, but i don’t know that they’re correct or even meaningful.

that said, i feel like “he can’t change it” is a slippery slope to “so he doesn’t have to and we should feel bad for him” (which i sincerely do not believe you were going for, but i think it’s important to keep in mind when it comes to harmful behavior linked to mental disorders).
