Cranberry Brie Bites
Philly Cheesesteak Phyllo Bites Recipe In miniature phyllo shells, cheesesteak-stuffed mushrooms are stacked high as the ideal snack to serve during the Super Bowl or any other major sporting event. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced fresh mushrooms, 1 tablespoon butter, 6 ounces frozen thinly sliced steak thawed, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup diced onion, 2 ounces cream cheese softened, 2 packages mini phyllo tart shells, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon soy sauce

These appetizers will be the talk of your fiesta!
Start by thinly slicing sirloin steak against the grain and season it with salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika and chili powder.
Next, heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook the steak slices 1 minute per side. Remove from pan.
Turn down the heat to medium and add Lunds & Byerlys Fajita Mix, available in our produce department. Cook until the onions and peppers are soft.
Add the steak and peppers to phyllo shells. Top with cotija cheese and a dollop of guacamole.
Serve with Third Street Lost Trout Brown Ale.

Phyllo shells, available in our frozen section
Put a piece of Brie in each phyllo shell and top each one with one whole raspberry. Heat your oven to 350 F and bake for 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Pairs well with a glass of rosé.
