Yet another, do elves have mental illnesses

What would you suggest for an elf struggling with anxiety?

If panic attacks are a regular things, I'd recommend seeing a therapist, but I always have elixers on hand to calm your nerves! so if you need it, I'll be here :)

if Keefe wants to be adopted, I would love to! He's a nice guy and i feel bad that he has such failed parents, and he seems like a guy who'd vibe to my human music, and to me, these people are like my kids anyway, so why not make it official?

Hmm. Elwin, is a amazing guy in my opinion, he takes care of kids, he gives emotional support stuffed animals, hes also a physican, he's always there for everyone, whats not to love? <3 Elwin is also a huge supporter of the Black Swan, and as someone who may or may not be part of the order, i like that trait. Elwin also gives the best bear hugs and he's a walking green flag!

Yes, Elves also have depression, and if they did, I'd recommend them to cut toxic people in life, get a stuffed animal, talk about it, and try enjoying the little things in life. (like fighting with LoRd CaSsIuS)
