Para celebrar su 50 aniversario en el 2017, Picchiotti creó L’Anfiteatro, un anillo de rubí de 8.05 quilates inspirado en un anfiteatro clásico.  Diseñado por el fundador y director ejecutivo, Giuseppe Picchiotti, el magnífico anillo hizo su debut en Baselworld 2017.

L’Anfiteatro es un recuerdo de un anfiteatro con tres filas de “asientos” (diamantes baguette), mirando al “actor principal” (el enorme rubí ovalado).

Con un peso de más de 8 quilates, el rubí es una piedra excepcionalmente hermosa que ha sido clasificada como completamente natural, sin ningún tratamiento térmico ni mejora de color, que es muy raro para un rubí de este tamaño.

Picchiotti también presentará su lujosa “Colección 2017” con hermosas piezas emblemáticas y la nueva, innovadora y expansible colección de anillos y pulseras de la compañía.

Además de estas magníficas piezas, la compañía también presentó en el Baselworld 2017 un libro de 248 páginas llamado “PICCHIOTTI: THE FIRST FIFTY YEARS (Picchiotti: Los Primeros 50 Años)” por la reconocida historiadora de joyas y editor del Financial Times, Vivienne Becker.
