Ingredients: 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks, seedless. 2 pickled plums, pitted. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup coconut water. 1 tablespoon honey adjust to taste. Ice cubes optional. Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Place the watermelon chunks, pickled plums, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
