With a Southern twist, the Southern Bird Dog is a tasty chicken burger. It has a juicy ground chicken patty with pickles and cheddar cheese on top of which is crispy bacon, fresh vegetables, and a spicy mayo sauce.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground chicken. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped pickles. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices tomato. 4 slices red onion. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon hot sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, buttermilk, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Grill or cook the chicken patties for about 5-6 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a golden brown crust. While the patties are cooking, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl to create a spicy mayo sauce. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned. Spread the spicy mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by a chicken patty, a slice of tomato, a slice of red onion, and a slice of crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the bun, and serve hot.

Enjoy the savory and cheesy goodness of Graze Burger, a classic favorite with a twist. Perfectly seasoned beef patties topped with cheddar, pickles, and a zesty mayo-mustard sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon mustard. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices.
Instructions: Put breadcrumbs, diced onion, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the ground beef and mix again. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Set the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Shred cheddar cheese and put it on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt it. To make a sauce, mix mayonnaise and mustard together. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are lightly browned. Spread the mustard-mayo sauce on the bottom bun. Then, put the burger patty on top of the sauce and cheese. Put in tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and diced pickles. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot.
