Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup queso cheese sauce. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 1/2 cup pico de gallo. 4 burger buns. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or cook burger patties in skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired level of doneness is reached. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with queso cheese sauce and allow it to melt. Toast burger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly golden brown.
