Enjoy a classic cheeseburger with a tasty sauce, melted cheddar cheese, and juicy beef patties. It's always been a favorite among burger fans.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. As for how done they should be, cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill or pan. Each patty should have a slice of cheddar cheese added to it in the last minute of cooking. Cover to melt the cheese. Fry or grill the burger buns for a few seconds on each side while the patties are cooking. Take a small bowl and mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard together. This will make the sauce. Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, put lettuce. Then, put a patty with melted cheese on top of that. Add the pickles and red onion on top. Put the buns on top of the burgers and spread the sauce on the top half of them. Enjoy while hot!
