vegan pie, take 2!
strawberry rhubarb pie and blackberry rhubarb pie-lets,
the homemade crust turned out super flaky with a delicate crumble. taking a tip from peruvian alfajores recipes, i used 1/2 flour, 1/2 cornstarch along with the coconut oil, vegan butter and ice-cold water.
pie and pie-lets both were devoured in <24hrs.
