Feeling lucky to have homemade pie for breakfast on my 5th day inside. We were gifted cases of groceries when @funnettetheexplorer moved, so we have abundant pumpkin. Grateful I bought frozen crust on my last grocery trip. The pie is dark with brown sugar and lots of spices, including clove. I created this recipe, using flaxseed and soy milk, to avoid dairy and eggs. Brian likes it better than most custard-based pies, and he studies pie, LOL! Feeling luxurious today.
