Allen didn’t exist originally. The whole story was going to be about Mary, until I decided to give her a friend who would contrast with her quiet (but this time not emotionless) personality. And thus Allen was born.
Pierce still looks more or less the same. The main difference is that beta!Pierce was a lot more malicious and morally ambiguous than he is now.
As for Tristan... He changed a bit appearance-wise but like Pierce, his personality also changed a lot. His old title was ‘ the Frenzied Swordsman’, as he was supposed to be quite the berserker in battle, with an unrivaled blood lust. This trait of his was transferred to another character.
