Allen didn’t exist originally. The whole story was going to be about Mary, until I decided to give her a friend who would contrast with her quiet (but this time not emotionless) personality. And thus Allen was born.
Pierce still looks more or less the same. The main difference is that beta!Pierce was a lot more malicious and morally ambiguous than he is now.
As for Tristan... He changed a bit appearance-wise but like Pierce, his personality also changed a lot. His old title was ‘ the Frenzied Swordsman’, as he was supposed to be quite the berserker in battle, with an unrivaled blood lust. This trait of his was transferred to another character.

The newest version of Crystal of Abyssal Dreams has been released!
Features fixed bugs and grammar errors, improved maps and events as well as battle system. The random encounters have been temporarily removed.
New demo release date!

About the next update
I expect that the next update to come out soon.
This update will fix almost everything that was wrong with the first demo and add some content to the plot and lore.
Also, for the battle system, I’ve decided to start using Holder’s Animated Battlers. At the moment, I’m working on Allen while a friend of mine is working on Mary.
