On tonight’s episode of the Coronavirus Cooking Diaries, I just want you to know that I get by with a little help from my friends. I have been craving fish and not going to the supermarket everyday or to a good fish purveyor has been troublesome. Enter @pierlessfishbk and my good friend Camille aka @cheftomarket who accidentally ordered too much salmon. I was happy to take some off of her hands and it was absolutely delicious. I pulled out my @korinknives chef knife and went to town. I sliced it thin but next time I will try my luck with thicker rectangular cuts. The fish was very fresh, high quality and delicious! They do home deliveries and have a variety of fresh and frozen seafood. I will be ordering from them soon because I love fish and I need more fresh fish in my diet. Especially with all the baking 😂. By the way, if anyone has any good salmon recipes they want to share please do. Typically I prefer salmon raw or smoked and like it sushi/sashimi/tartare style, but I am looking for new things to try so please send me your favorites!
