Throwback Month
Day 22: Piglett

One of my favorite children's book illustrations is from Winnie-The-Pooh books. I am a massive fan of E.H. Shepard who drew the majority of the early released books and illustrations of Winnie-The-Pooh.
He is known for his anthropomorphic animal and stuffed toy characters. I really love his style, it is a mixture of wash, vibrant colors, and snippets of a daily life personify by an animal or a stuffed toy.
I did this drawing when I was experimenting with pencil shades and anthropomorphic characters because it is also my weakness besides drawing background but I am happy with my progress right now.
I wouldn't forget about the lovely quotes from the characters themselves and this one is from Piglett.
"Sometimes the smallest things take up the most in your heart."
Do not forget to be grateful for what you have and treasure the smallest achievements you have earned in life.
