"Yeah." There's a slow exhale and he deflates. Arthur allows his shoulders to sag. "Anyone saying different is trying to sell something to somebody or to themselves." He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a snack cake. Everyone has vices. Diner food and sugar from the vending machines at the hospital are his choice. "I would have fought harder. Side kicks get ignored so it wouldn't be hard to change that." He waved his now pink powder sugar covered hand in the air, sending granules flying. "What about you? Change the past? Demand more respect? Tell people to respect your office hours?"

Operation Cobra was over, but that didn't mean Henry's duty to the town had ended. He'd been helping people reunite, and when he couldn't find their loved ones, he would send them to Emma or David. But he'd only just realized, there was something else they needed to do.

"Mom, I need your help," Henry said as he approached Emma, rubbing at his eyes. He hadn't stopped helping others since the curse broke, and he was feeling exhausted. But he couldn't stop now.

"My other mom's vault. We need to get in there and get the hearts out. Give them back to people. We can't let them just sit there." Henry was starting to wonder if the families he couldn't reunite were struggling because a family member didn't have their heart in and was still being controlled by Regina somehow. "Can you help me get them?

"So, did you want to take Kiernan to Prince and Me classes?" Her mood was normally planted somewhere between sweet and sour. She trended on more sweet and tender for for Archie, even if she had something miniscule weighing on her. "And... do you want to come out of your office so we can have lunch at Granny's? It's a crappy surprise, but I figure it might cheer up your day." Cherise glanced to the cloud-filled sky and pressed her lips together with growing concern. This didn't feel like a normal cloudy day in their picturesque Maine town. This felt like someone had smuggled pixie dust and intended to use it for something sinister or they had a break-in at Mr. Gold's. Would that last thing be so sinister? Unfortunately, yes. There was a tiny sigh at her thoughts. "Well, I'm outside. And I didn't even bite anyone on the way! I'm learning from Pongo. I'm an excellent student... Until you get me back into my classroom and that'll all get undone. Won't that be a pity?" A snicker slipped through.

Bashful had hoped he could have kept this all a secret for much longer. But all secrets had to come to light at some point, and Bossy had walked in on him trying to bind his chest.

Now, his back was against the wall, and Bossy was holding a knife in his face. Bashful's upper body was still bare, apart from the small strip of fabric he had wrapped around his chest to try and hide his boobs. But, Bossy knew what that was for. And that's why Bashful's life was almost over.

“You're a liar! You're a coward! You're a worthless female!” Bossy screamed so loudly that drops of spit landed on Bashful's face. Bashful's breathing was already extremely fast, but it only quickened as Bossy raised the knife.

“People like you only deserve one thing. Death!” Right before Bashful closed his eyes so he wouldn't have to see the knife move closer to him, he thought he saw a blur of movement, that wasn't Bossy. And with his eyes closed tight, he was pretty sure he heard the sound of footsteps rapidly approaching.

Henry held the card in his hand, not looking at the side that detailed Archie's office hours, but the back. In his therapist's handwriting, an address was scrawled. Archie had given it to him when Henry had 'gone missing' one weekend. He'd just been hanging out at his playground at the beach, but he'd spent too long there. Archie said if he needed a place to escape, he could always come find him.

Henry hadn't taken him up on it, until now.

The sameness of everything was getting to him. Everyone forced on smiles, but they weren't really happy. They were miserable. And of course they would be. They were stuck in time, even if they didn't realize it. Henry was still too young to know how to help, so for now, he needed a break.

That's why he knocked hesitantly on Archie's door. It was a Saturday, so he should be here at his home, but Henry had a sudden fear that Archie was out shopping, or helping a patient through an emergency, and he wouldn't be here. Henry relaxed when the door opened.

"Hi Archie. Mom has a meeting and I ... well can I hang out with you?" He was bored and lonely. He was feeling helpless. But at least Archie made everything feel better.

It wasn't every day that he almost sat on a cricket.

Leopold had simply been taking a stroll around the gardens. He'd paused near a pear tree to rest, and heard a chirp when he tried to sit down. At least, it had to be a chirp, didn't it? Not a verbal objection like he thought he heard?

He stood, looking a bit baffled at the tiny insect before him. Was it holding ... an umbrella? Goodness, but no matter how people tried to keep him up to date on magic, new things were always surprising him.

"I'm terribly sorry, Mr. Cricket! I didn't see you there. I hope you're having a good day in my gardens?" He was only half expecting an answer.
