I can't decide what type of a cadwulf shipper i am. For sure I'm on the 'Cad deserves nice things, he deserves to be appreciated and flirted with' train but there's also subtypes to this. A) Cadwulf but make it extra spicy by having Fjord experience jealousy and B) Caleb being jealous C) All of the M9 being dumbfounded and seeing Cad in a new light. There's so many ways this could go! We could have it all!

ALL OF THE ABOVE!!

That's the beauty of this ship, it has the potential to throw so many things into chaos! Just imagine, Cad and Wulf walking into a room together holding hands, and everyone FLIPS their SHIT.

Specific thoughts on each option-

A) holy shit the angst would be so good. Fjord really doesn't like the two of them together, and keeps trying to pass it off as being suspicious and distrustful because Wulf is the "enemy", but that doesn't explain the sinking feeling he gets when Cad sends that soft little smile in Wulf's direction.. the smile that used to be directed at him..

B) I personally see this one a little less, but it's good nonetheless! Those amazing forearms Caleb loves so much, wrapped around someone else's waist? Brings back too many memories of a better time.. However, the way I see it, if the Blumentrio was/will be canon, Wulf is always gonna be the third wheel. Like I've said before, Cadwulf is so incredible because for the first time in both of their lives, they can be someone's first choice.

C) OKAY YES. I will admit, I was firmly on the aro and/or ace Caduceus train for a while, and I'm still a fan of the idea for representation's sake and because it could fit his character so well. However, it would be so incredible for the kinda weird, socially awkward, religious former hermit, who has never even been considered in a sexual/romantic light by his closest friends, to all of a sudden have this super sexy hunk of a boyfriend. I guarantee at least one member of the party would say something along the lines of "I gotta be honest, I didn't think you were interested in that sort of thing." It would make everyone suddenly have to reevaluate their friend and their own biases! All in all, some fantastic character development.

TL;DR: Cadwulf Good. Me Gay.

the the the the thing is! We don't know how much it actually bothers Caduceus that no one in the party seems to check in on him. Does it bother him, is he lonely, does he mind? But it bothers /me/ that no one in the group wants to make sure IF he is bothered or not. Like ??? Do we even remember the last time someone had a serious talk with Cad? Especially /about/ Cad - not him trying to fix someone elses problems.

Well.... when he went to talk to the Gentleman to try to get him to talk to Jester he admitted to feeling very lonely all the time

And the last time someone checked in with him about his feelings.... like, the boat back in episode 36 ish or something? maybe something more recent but that’s the only one coming to mind.

I'm craving for fjorclay content. Just hypothetically, which one do you think would confess their feelings first? (With words. Though I can fully see Cad just doing acts of service and being all 'I need to actually say that I care about you more than the others?')

I have meditated (see: napped) on this ask and have come to the conclusion that they are both useless and neither would confess to the other under normal circumstances.

Far more likely, in my opinion: something stresses Cad out enough that he decides to get drunk again, and then ends up revealing his crush to someone else without quite realizing what he’s doing. One of the girls, probably --Beau or Jester or Yasha.

ETA: Also I feel like Yasha already knows. She’s sort of attuned to these things. And those back pats she gave him the last time he got hammered were very...mlm/wlw solidarity, you know.

I looked into that #1hour1square and apparently it is something you track for a longer period of time (a month or a semester). For every hour you've studied you can colour one square. You might want to reward yourself for every 10 hours studied. :>

It's quite flexible system and can be modified easily. For example I study using the pomodoro technique and I track weekly how many pomodoros I do. At the end of the week I check how many hours and minutes I've studied & try to do better next week.
