Ello! I'm so pleased to Announce the First Ever Mongy Monday Prompt Week!
Or just Mongy Week, for short :]
We start on Monday 2nd, February, So mark your calendars and spread the word!
Below are the prompts for each day, some of which were suggested by you guys (thank you <3), and under the Read More there is a text version. Also below the prompts are the Guidelines, make sure to read them!
The Guidelines:
Each day has three prompts for you to choose from (or Combine!)
Each day also has two suggested CCs, these are Optional. You may pick one, both, or someone else entirely.
Most Prompts have Modifiers (The ones with the +). These are Optional suggestions/directions to take each prompt, to add a little extra spice.
You can skip a day (or multiple), post works late, post multiple works for one day, etc.
Any type of fan work is Welcome! fanart, fanfics, edits, etc.

Just saw a theory that stated Pikmin 4 wasn't a soft reboot of the series since Nintendo wanted th game to be as welcoming to new players, and instead calls Pikmin 4 a time loop.
In a game like Pikmin, where the weirdest thing was the possibility of a living planet, we escalate into time loops. Guys I know Pikmin 4 is both the best and worst pikmin game I didn't think it was psychologically damaging like this
Why can't we just agree that there are narrative accidents instead of bending over backwards just to try and justify Nintendo's mistakes.
THERE HAS LITERALLY NEVER BEEN ISSUES WITH THE NARRATIVE UNTIL PIKMIN 4, THIS POSSIBLE TIMELINE RESET ONLY SEEMS TO EXIST IN THIS GAME, ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT SINCE PIKMIN 1, THE ENTIRE OVERARCHING PLOT HAS BEEN PNF-404 BEING ALIVE, AND IS LITERALLY REWRITING AND REVERSING TIME TO TRY AND GET THE HUMANS BACK TO THE PLANET THAT LEFT MILLIONS OF YEARS AGO
GUYS, I LOVE THE UMI BOZU THEORY BUT THIS IS TOO FAR.
Also the Umi Bozu theory being confirmed in a website that casual fans WILL NOT know about is so stupid Nintendo CAN YOU LORE RIGHT??? IMPORTANT PLOT POINTS SHOULD BE IN THE GAME. RIGHT???
The person mentions the shepherd family history notes that despite having some pretty lore important notes is a completely forgotten feature, and they take a metaphor, and use it as evidence for time literally being manipulated. Quote:

He takes this as evidence of time attempting to be harnessed and manipulated. Y'know, not as a metaphor on how they'll never be forgotten and their core values will persist long after they're gone, nonono, THE SHEPHARDS AND MANY OTHERS ARE ATTEMPTING TO HARNESS TIME AND CONTROL IT. This is like if you looked at me and said "You're telling me a SHRIMP, FRIED THIS RICE?" And were being genuine.
I fully agree with and love the idea that PNF-404 is alive and the Plasm and Water Wraith are somewhat extentions of the planet's will, BUT CALLING IT'S CHANGING TERRAIN THE PLANET MANIPULATING TIME TO REVERT ITSELF TO TIMES WHERE THE STRUCTURES EXISTED INSTEAD OF THE PLANET PHYSICALLY SHAPING ITSELF TO HAVE THOSE FEATURES IS SUCH A LEAP OF LOGIC I MUST WONDER IF YOU CAME UP WITH THE ANSWER AND TOOK ANYTHING AS EVIDENCE.
All the actual GOOD theory only exists with Pikmin 4 evidence, all the stuff about all captains being descendants of humans that left the planet years and years ago ONLY EXISTS IN PIKMIN 4. PIKMIN 4 IS NINTENDO CREATING A PIKMIN GAME FOR NEWCOMERS, SO THEY CAN HAVE ALL THIS LORE, WHEREAS ACTUAL FANS EITHER GET NOTHING, OR A COMPLETELY NEW STORY THAT HAD NEVER BEEN ILLUDED TO BEFORE THAT GAME
CAN WE PLEASE STOP ASSUMING NINTENDO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND IS PLAYING 8D CHESS AND JUST ADMIT WHEN THEY FUCK UP, BECAUSE THEY CONSIDERABLY FUCKED UP MAKING PIKMIN 4.
My conclusion is if the pikmin 4 time loop theory is true then pikmin 4 should be a spinoff or alternative universe and have pikmin 5 actually focus on PNF-404 being alive and the Plasm and Water Wraith being extensions of it's will instead of CONFIRMING ALL OF IT ON AN ALTERNATE WEBSITE
