List Parameters and Working Definitions: For the purposes of this list, I am leaning into the definition of cinnamon roll characters as someone who is considered sweet, kind, and good to their partner and will prioritize the wants/needs of their partner. Also, since we are exploring the concept of Green Flags with Dopamine Sprinkles, this list will be made up of green flag characters only. But, for funsies, I'll add a bonus list at the end of some not!green flag characters who may be morally gray or even toxic baddies, but when it comes to their partners are the ultimate cinnamon rolls.

Honestly, I CLEARLY have a type and I believe I could include 6 characters for this list directly from my dream about list. Having 2/3 of this list done feels like cheating though. These PILFs (Pastries I'd Like to Fuck, read: they may be pastries, but they have the dopamine sprinkles that keep me excited) are absolutely in MY list, but will be officially excluded from THIS list.
