i think in other albums, you'd need an external downloader program, like iGetter. i think it's free on cnet.com. haven't tried though.

When Combeferre falls asleep over a book, Courfeyrac will take Combeferre's glasses off him, mark his place, move him so he won't wake up with a crick in his neck, and put a blanket over him. Jehan and Bahorel (possibly more than) once swapped clothes for a day (both were VERY EAGER to talk about the hijinks that led to it but what they said confused everyone so no one had any clue WHY they swapped clothes).
