honestly, a lot of it is down to your own personal identification. am i transnullcfs because i don't feel like i should have it, or am i just not happy with how it makes me not able to do anything?

hm. there's also those two close but varying sentences i used to explain it without thinking. so there's that.

way it works for me is dysphoria. if i have any sort of displeasure with being/having it, vs if i just don't...like the results? sorry, a lot of this is how i tell it apart in my own head, and not much for you to go off.

for me, it's just,, i don't like my cfs, but it's still Mine. it feels like being monoconscious Shouldn't be mine. if that makes any sense at all, lol.
