I'm taking care of myself, don't worry. I like keeping my routine consistent. I sleep as well as I can, anyway, which isn't really the best but It's better than nothing.

Currently reading this pretty big one about a documentary, sort of. It's about a lot of things. It's a weird one which probably isn't the best for me, but it's still entertaining.

knowing who's in/near the front is a skill we had to develop over time. getting to know each other, learning to pay attention to our thoughts and feelings, and noticing what it physically feels like for each of us to occupy the body all helped a lot. if you wish you were better at it, keep practicing! you'll improve over time.
