Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple chunks. 10 fresh mint leaves. 4 cups water.

Instructions: In a pitcher, combine pineapple chunks and mint leaves. Muddle the mixture gently to release flavors. Add water to the pitcher and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse. Serve chilled over ice.
