A taste of the tropics with this pineapple-infused sangria featuring coconut rum and fresh fruits.
Ingredients: 1 bottle white wine. 1/4 cup coconut rum. 1/4 cup pineapple juice. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 cup chopped pineapple. 1 cup sliced strawberries. 1 cup sliced kiwi. 1 cup club soda. Ice cubes.
Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add chopped pineapple, sliced strawberries, and kiwi to the pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Before serving, stir in club soda and add ice cubes. Serve cold, garnished with pineapple wedges and strawberry slices.
