3 different lakes, 3 different views
What a wonderful weekend!! Some stress leading up to the date of camping (I was so scared of making everyone drive so far and not find any open campsites), but it worked out. Through a coworker’s last minute recommendation and some luck, we found a couple of pretty good spots at a campground that just reopened due to the recent fires. Also fortunate that everyone got along really well even though it was the first time meeting for some of them. Re: the first pic, one old friend brought me Colombian candy that I may have gotten addicted to...
A lot of interesting chats on the road, a long hike around the lake and a dip in the water, and then ghost/cultural stories by the campfire...it was awesome! Now I look forward to an actual solo camping trip.

On another note, said bye to a longtime client today and am strangely not super emotional...it has been an honor and a positive experience overall however. What a long journey she’s been through so I’m happy to see her in a much better place now :).

Also, was talking to Hoot Unnie about needing to rest more, so I’m going to try to plan more downtime...let’s see how that goes.
