A sharp needle pierced through flesh and bone as she bit her bottom lip in pain.
“The essence of my soul given to repair your own damaged pieces.”
Her teeth drew blood as she could taste its bitter copper. A pair of closed eyes threatening to give way to release a scream.
“You are my apprentice, turned daughter with the blessing of our lord Leviathan.”
As the last needle was placed, a gush of blood seeped down her chin as she had bit through. Pinhead could only chuckle as he cleaned up the mess. “Forgive me dear, I often forget that you are new to the pleasure of pain.”
Pinhead sat at the vast organ of corpses and pipes, cracking his fingers before beginning to play. The pipes bellowed an awful sound as they echoed through out the chambers, accompanied by Leviathan’s grinding from not too far away. It was a horrid, deathening blow- but the Hell Priest was used to such pain.
“Tell me what I need to know to keep my successor safe.”
He demanded in his cold, steely voice that embodied authority. The mutilated corpses stared down at him, whispering among each other as their voices echoed off the walls. Finally, a feminine voice spoke out amongst the others.
“The truth will set her free, but lies can only keep your flesh here for so long until she discovers the truth. The source of her upcoming death needs to be snuffed out before it ignites itself ablaze into chaos.”
The voices started to whisper once more, mixed with Pinhead’s deathening silence as his true fears came to a startling reality. There was sudden abrupt silence as heels clicked against stone, and a pair of slender arms were suddenly wrapped around his waist as Bella rested her head against his chest. Swallowed his fears, his anger, and pain- Pinhead returned the gesture as he wrapped his arm around her.
“What brings you here? There are duties to be fulfilled and studies to complete.”
His once loud booming voice was now a soft monotone question. But he still held her close, as if afraid he’d lose her right then and there if his grip ever loosened. Of course, Bella was oblivious to this.
“I just….I missed you.”
Pinhead fell silent. He had been so caught up in the mess that he forgot about her….
Gently, he tilted her head up as brush a few tears away. Her crown of needles glimmered in candle lights as it illuminated her tear stained face. He was a pillar of safety for her, her rock….he kept everything she knew together, yet something didn’t feel right.
‘Tell her the truth and it will all unravel.’
‘Set her free, Hell Priest.’
The voices murmured to each other once more as they became a collective chant that could only be heard by his ears. He gathered the young cenobite into his arms, and sat her on his lap as he gently rocked her. Such tenderness was rare, even for them.
“Goodnight, my angel Time to close your eyes,
And save these questions for another day.”
His voice was deep but also soft as he gently sang to her, echoing once more through out the chasims as he held her to his chest.
“I think I know what you’ve been asking
me I think you know what I’ve been trying to say….”
He pressed his lips against her forehead.
“I promised I would never leave you.”
She closed her eyes, as Pinhead remembered when she was just a small, beaten little thing that clung to him.
“And you should always know Wherever you may go No matter where you are I never will be far away.”
Bell found herself falling into the warm darkness he created.
Another drabble of Pinhead and his apprentice, this time being exposed to Leviathan's black light.

Hell, a place of wonder, horror, pain and suffering.
A place of pleasure for most, suffering for the least, and an utter prison to everyone. Except for the Hell Priest, who walked upon the labyrinth as he gazed at Leviathan thoughtfully. He went to his knees to hold up a triangle sign with his fingers, the symbol of Leviathan himself, and meditated. Beside him, his student was fumbeling with her hands as she sat crossed legged, determined to get it right.
"On your knees, Commander."
Pinhead spoke, undisturbed. Commander got on her knees, this time holding an upside down triangle sign. It would have to do for now. Leviathan's black beam of light went through them, bringing flashbacks to the young cenobite as she grimaced. "I hate this."
"Good, that means you're suffering."
He replied as he straightened his back, almost appearing as a perfect statue. Commander mimicked him, missing a smirk on his lips. "What does Leviathan sound like?"
She suddenly asked, The Hell Priest sighing softly. "Like the many screams of the damned and the suffering, moans of ecstasy and pleasure, and your current whining."
For the first time since her arrival, Pinhead began to laugh. His teeth flashed as Commander lost her concentration and playfully shoved at him. He growled in response, causing her to coward and apologize- but then he suddenly smirked. "So gullible you are, Commander."
"Hey!"
She lightly smacked his arm as he attempted to return to his meditation, his eyes closed as he could hear the great diamond speaking. Small whispers trailed from it as it reached his ears, the voices slowly becoming audible as they were saying something. He concentrated on deciphering them, as Commander stood up and spread her arms to welcome the black light of Leviathan once more.
Suddenly, she froze- her nerves a blaze as if the god himself was reaching deep within her. Memories flashed once more as she stood in them, reliving them as her body started to compulse. He was searching for something, as it was buried deep within. The Hell Priest could do nothing but watch.
Her body suddenly collapsed against stone as his hold on her was released, her mouth frothing as the whites of her eyes stared into nothing. Gingerly, Pinhead stroked back her hair. "He says that there is something deep within that he likes, imprisoned by chaos no less- but we can work on that."
Gently, he placed Commander's head upon his lap before continuing to meditate, communing with his god of suffering.
Its now completed and up on AO3. I would greatly appreciate any feed back and time to read it.

But salvation comes with a price...
Now as the Commander, she is almost numb to everything while serving as a high ranking officer of Hell, Pinhead's own favorite creation and apprentice, and holding an honorable reputation within the labyrinth.
But when Commander's beloved Hell priest is set on destroying her own blood from the past, she must choose and betray, and risk losing everything to save what little left she can feel.

A drabble I wrote that's a mix of what I go through and Bella's first month in Hell.
Commander bowed her head in obdeince as she went back to reading from one of many tomes of Leviathan enscribed in flesh. It had been nearly a month since she arrived in Hell, or as she was told by Throat. Hell had no concept of time, save for the prolonging of agony.
She flipped through the pages, the words vile in her eyes. It was almost too much, even for an ex hardened soldier such as herself. The Hell Priest rapt his fingers on the table to gain her attention. "It is important to pay attention, to gain knowledge of being a-"
"Something I never asked for in the first place!"
She shot up from her chair. A pair of blackened eyes stared into her own, and caused her soul to die. "Do not make me regret choosing you, Bella."
For a month, Bella had been witnessing unseen horrors, grotesque mutilations and pure evil. She had been forced to drink his blood, devoure flesh. Her stomach churned. Suddenly, she just had enough. Before Pinhead could stop her, Bella threw the books to the floor as they released a pained oomph and cursed her as she fell to her ass and screamed.
A pair of heels clicked softly as The Hell Priest made his way around the table, stopping before her as she refused to look at him from her knees. He could see that was shaking, choking back sobs as her mind was overwhelmed. How could he have missed this? He too went through something similar, but in silence behind closed doors. Gingerly he lowered himself to sit on the cold stone floor.
"Take your time before you speak, but know that I am not angered by your actions…"
Bella peered at him, her body still scrunched together.
"I should be apologizing for placing so much pressure on you in so little time."
He offered her his hand, but it was rejected as she hid her face once more. "I..I can't take this anymore-"
Her words were barely above a whisper. Pinhead nodded softly, his eyes ever so watchful. She felt naked in front of him.
"That is understandable. You will become accustomed to Hell, but you don't have to bring direct pain onto others."
Bella was listening. She watched the Hell Priest move to only lay down as he closed his eyes. She did the same, her pale eyes watching him as his face was peaceful. "Shhhhh."
Pinhead made the sound as Bella closed her eyes as well. They lay across from each other, listening to drips against stone and fire crackling in torch light.
Gingerly, she reached to touch his hand, grasping it as Pinhead gently squeezed hers in return.
They would remain there until Bella was ready to continue, and the Hell Priest would explain to her what the text truly meant.
