Here are my stats for the last month. I saw some great progress and so ready to keep going. My exercise has been on and off because of my back. So right now I'm focusing on eating clean and just working on some stretches and strengthening exercises to strengthen my lower back so I can exercise regularly again.
I started the P.I.N.K. Method on Monday. I hope to have some good results with it as the main focus of the program is diet.
Weight 185.4 Down 6.6 pounds
Waist 43.5 Down 1.5 inches
Thighs: 22.5/23 down 1.8 inches
So I'm really happy with what I go going here!! My goal was to hit 182 by the end of June and I still have a couple of days left so we'll see :)
