When you find Loopy in your kitchen at night.
I'm increasingly saddened by how much everyone has bought into the idea that full automation (i.e. taking out a human from a task altogether) is inherently the better option in any case.
I still believe curiosity, technology, and invention are wonderful and human things. I hate how they are repeatedly twisted to write the humanity out of them.
With the above statement, it may seem contradictory that I prefer using apps to order my coffee ahead rather than ordering from a cashier. However, I still see and interact with the people supporting me by putting my coffee together—there is still a human interaction at the core of it. I enjoy the convenience of the app, but what I appreciate most is the service humans are providing for me.
I increasingly place more importance in those technologies and inventions that allow us to maintain connection with other humans rather than replace them.
Life hack.

(any cherry bits inside the straw come out pretty easily when you run water through it. Clean with your run of the mill straw cleaning accessories.)
