These Pink Rose Cake Pops Cupcakes are a delightful treat with a pink velvet cake base, pink glaze, and a candy coating. Perfect for special occasions and celebrations!
Ingredients: 1 box of pink velvet cake mix. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons milk. Pink food coloring. Green food coloring. 12 lollipop sticks. Pink candy melts. Rose-shaped sprinkles.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and pink velvet cake mix in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Put the little chocolate chips into the cake batter and mix them in. The cake batter should be about two thirds of the way up each cupcake liner. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. On a wire rack, take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool all the way down. To make a glaze, mix the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Until you get the shade of pink you want, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the glaze. Once the cupcakes are cool, dip the tops of them into the pink glaze and let any extra glaze drip off. In the middle of each cupcake, put a lollipop stick. Follow the directions on the package to melt the pink candy melts, then drizzle them over the top of each cupcake to make a smooth coating. Add rose-shaped sprinkles to the cupcakes right away, while the candy coating is still wet. Before you serve, let the candy coating harden.
