A Tumblr user, (mia-pon289) said something very curious in their TWST theory that Yuu or Mc and Grim share the same base with Chernabog (i think he was in Maleficent or Fantasia) stating that Yuu has the deceive with looks base while Grim has the breathes fire base. It immediately called to mind ur response to my ask where u stated that Kal being underestimated is a good thing and now I can't stop thinkiinhggg

I think I remember a post like that! Or at least, I remember a few posts about Chernabog over all the theory posts I've seen 😅

Chernabog is an interesting case in regards to Disney "Villains" 🤔 He's really not an actual villain, as he doesn't have a "Hero" to fight. He's more the embodiment of a concept ("Evil" in this case) and doesn't have any dominant personality in his source media (Fantasia.) He's more a force of nature than any actual Villain.

However, he's still considered one of the Big Villains, one of the most powerful Villains in Disney, and has been... not quite fleshed out, but... made more? He's given somewhat more personality in other depictions of him. Yet even so, most people either don't recognize him or forget his existence.

It's pretty strange that there's a Dorm that became abandoned. How did that even happen? What was it before it became Ramshackle? Because Ramshackle is in reference to the state of the dorm, not the actual name of the dorm.

The ghosts were former residents of Ramshackle, but they only ever refer to it as Ramshackle. Not by any official name.

Why? Why would they forget the name of the dorm the spent at least three years in? Do they know why it was abandoned? There's obviously a reason the dorm was abandoned, but why was so much about it forgotten? Was it really forgotten? Or is it being hidden?

If there is a connection between Chernabog and Ramshackle, my money is on how Chernabog is forgotten as a Big Villain and how no one seems to remember what the dorm was before it was abandoned.

Another thing to note about Beastmen is the influence on culture, there are some music scores, art, architecture, and such that are commonly associated with Beastmen.

Rock cut structures found in Scalding Sands were made by Beastmen who commonly find themselves in the ground or making mounds/burrows, by making homes within the earth it provides both cooling and heating and even provide various benefits.

Damn so this day has come.

This also opens up about if mole beastman exist.Are there underground civilization of beastmen?Along with is there different materials in twisted Wonderland we know there's different fruits and plants.

For the music it can also depend on where there from.In one of Ruggie chats he enjoys upbeat lively music.Possible that the music is just play low and not super loud.Beastmen probably listen to there music on a low volume to not overwhelmed themselves.

I know @najmaviper did a very detail post on Beastman and The Afterglow.Which touches on the agriculture part better.(Don't trust my self don't know much about)

Do you think Mar'i Grayson (Starfire and Nightwings daughter on another Earth) would be apart of the Teen Titans?

I was thinking of putting her on the team, but I wasn’t really sure if she would be close enough in age to the others (I assume If Mar’i was in this universe, she would be younger since Dick is only like 26, and probably wouldn’t have an 11-13 year old kid) But I would love to have her on the team since this team is basically just appreciation for under recognized young heroes, which Mar’i definitely is. I just don’t know how to make it work and have her in the same age range as the rest of the team. If you have any suggestions please let me know!!

I have a weird theory. Know how the Mirror of Darkness says that Yuu's soul has no shape, do you think that there's a possibility that Yuu's soul may have been summoned/transferred into a body more compatible with Twisted Wonderland, which leads to my theory that Yuu either has compatibility with Twisted Wonderland or not. When Yuu doesn't have compatibility they receive repercussions (in Kal's case a curse preventing them from speaking a language deemed too Old) it makes sense that Shakespearean English would be the safest option.

Now THIS is an interesting theory.

It would make sense, I remember seeing another theory where they said Yuu, (the character, not us the player) didn't have a sense of taste, and it lead into this whole thing about how Yuu and the player are separate entities that Yuu is actually aware of to an extent.

What I'm trying to say is, is that the Mirror did say some funny things, so it's not unlikely that something could have happened to Yuu during the transfer. Being dropped into a compatible body, getting vibe checked by a curse, anything could have happened.

For Kal, something did, though the exact how and why (and who, for that matter) are still unknown.

(For now, in Kal's case, let's just say it's one part compatibility, and one part compensation)

I read ur last ask where you said that Yuu might have a different biological makeup. WHAT DOES THIS MEEN FOR KAL?? Like what if they get what is considered a common cold and it nearly kills them??

Also also, of Twst magic system is based of imagination, how hyperactive are their brains? Esp the students at NRC, RSA and other prestigious mage schools? Would it be possible for their Unique Magic to develop more as time passes or is it set like that (what i mean is, if Trey can overwrite magic for a short time what if it evolves into him being able to permanently overwrite smth or being able to extend and erase doodle suit at will kinda like Riddle's unique magic where it can only be taken off if he wills it?)

I'm just gonna post all of these together @pinkpruneclodwolf this is one magnificent theory brainrot and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.

Idk why, but I can see beastmen having more extensive doctor visits due to complications or disabilities that many animals have at some point— like there is a species of boar whose horns grow back into their skulls.

Beaver beastmen have to gnaw on wood to prevent their teeth from killing them, beastmen might grow extra teeth even though they haven't lost a set.

I mean the easiest cure/fix would be to just use magic but I like to think that there are specialized doctors for that kind of thing (Crewel might've been one of them)

I love how we're almost not even directly talking about Twst anymore, just pondering evolution science in fantasy like we're researchers discussing our thesis papers 🤣

I like the idea that certain health risks might be more common in certain species of beastfolk! Jack not liking onions is a reference to how onions can make a number of animals sick, dogs being the one most people know of. It always makes me think he's just straight up allergic to them 🤔 not like, deathly allergic, but still allergic.

But back with the different biology, specifically the part where one of the anons mentioned magic cores and the fact that magic flows through Yuu differently (specifically that it acts like blood)

I like to think that the reason Fae have such astounding magic prowess is due to having a more "primitive" way the magic flows through them, where its like a layered nervous system whereas humans, merfolk, and beastmen have evolved to have magic cores because overuse of magic nervous systems will literally implode the body, having it contained would mitigate that although there may be cases where a magic core ruptures like an appendix.

Due to the unique constitution of Fae, its possible they can mitigate this although some are born with magic cores anyway because its essentially like being a glass cannon.

I still think magic cores are better because its more self contained there's probably plenty of stories where young fae have overexerted their magical nervous system and nearly died because of it.

I do actually have some ideas on Fae having entirely different magical make-ups, at least for the small fairies, if not Lilia and Malleus.

On the second note, I think that's very much possible! We already have proof that mixed races exist with Sebek. It is very possible that continuing to thin out the non-human blood each generation would eventually leave a person pretty much entirely human with a benefit or two left over from the non-human ancestor.

On the last note, I can say that there is literally no possible way that a beastman-human hybrid would naturally biologically attain two sets of ears, that's not how that works. Either one is more dominant, or you get a very off-looking half way point between the two, not both unless there's a really fucked up birth defect involved.

So the magic system of twst is based of imagination— and the biology au is ab how weak Yuu is compared to the twst!humans....

What if by proxy of so many students believing how weak Yuu is, their imagination kinda turns into reality? Like how Salieri was believed to have killed Mozart off of a rumor alone.

Which also plays into my theory that the boys have middle names but they keep them hidden because they have fae on school grounds—Kalim has the longest because of how many people want him dead.

Malleus' name isn't really spoken out loud because of the innate power it holds—remember when you said that he was birthed after the human-fae treaty? I also think that with age faerie names develop power as well, since Malleus does have unprecedented power—

Basically like in fate where Servants get power boosts when they're on their homeland (Cu Chulainn being summoned in Ireland, King Author being summoned in Britain)

Lilia gotta be short for something, and Silver's name seems like a cover name bc no way would fae not take advantage of a human with no lastname or middle name even with the treaty in place.

Speaking of, how many fae v human wars took place over the course of history—not like minor skirmishes but full blown, land rocking, chernobyl level wars that still leave scars on the land? I believe there were at least 2 or 3, one im for sure began in the Golden age of Greece (think Trojan war).

I also think there were a lot of civil wars due to many conflicting races, fae were the least willing to change policies bc they'd just outlive 'em anyway which is why Valley of Thorns remains so secluded.

Lilia's politics are probably radical considering the fact that he raise a human child and practically adopted Sebek.
