Pink booze sunday was about to begin after a fortifying walk up the Tor with the girls. Jurassic Park was on the tv so i took a moment to make myself a drink when, disaster, i was down to the last crumbs of ice! There are only a few drawbacks to living in the arse end of no where, known as the countryside. 1 is the fact that you only have 1 option for take away on JustEat and that if you don't get to a shop by 4 on a Sunday you also only have 1 option. (First world problems, eh?). And if they are out of ice then you only have one drink option so make it a good one. I know that freezers have this amazing ability to create ice but mine takes about a week. So i opted for @pinkstergin, sweet, delicate and most importantly, for continuity, pink. This delicious gin only needs a straight tonic, a sprig of mint and some fresh raspberries. Frozen will do too. Sweet and sharpe, like raspberry pavolva and so very drinkable.
