S-Class Duet? // Ai and Syo
The assignment was supposed to be a simple one: Ryuuya shuffled all the male idols and all the female idols into pairs, and each pair was given a simple melody from boy/girl combination composers. The goal was to write lyrics and perform a duet in just a few weeks' time. While Syo had initially disliked the idea, he could never refuse an assigment given by his role model.
Which led to him casually moving towards his supposed partner, taking a spot beside her and offering a casual smile. "Yo. Name's Syo. Syo Kurusu. Don't think we've ever talked before despite being in the same class."
Despite the outward appearance, Syo does tend to get pretty overconfident in his own ability. He took the CD with their song on it and stared a little, head tilting slightly as he wondered what kind of song they might have been given.
He sincerely hoped it wouldn't be a ballad.
"So...Mind tellin' me a little about yourself? I just wanna make sure we'll be able to actually work together decently well."
