This hurts my brain.
Not only are the names similar enough that I did a double-take, but now my real life and my online life are intersecting without me.

Listen, I don’t know a lot about Sumner, but based on reading your posts I am 100% sure he is not the Zodiac Killer, so seriously, what the fuck?
Honestly I’m surprised no one has started that rumor yet.
“Charles Sumner was the zodiac killer” David Herbert Donald, probably.

Fuck yeah! That sounds awesome!

that sounds really cool
It was so cool! This gym just opened, and it’s women-owned and women-only and focused on ACTUAL boxing, which basically nixed both reservations I had about learning to box (dudes being shitty about lady beginners or it being more like Tao Bo than actual boxing). And I’m ... not bad? Hooks are weird and hard, but the rest made sense.
And my arms are so sore that washing my hair was not pleasant, so I know I got something good out of it. :P
What's up with those three random dudes standing outside Cullen's office all the time?
I’m guessing you mean these dudes (link because that’s not my screenshot and I’m not trying to steal it). If not, correct me, but if so, they are multiplayer characters! Not as in, other actual players hanging around Skyhold like it’s a common area, but if you look around Skyhold you can find several of the character classes available in multiplayer just wandering around acting as NPCs.
Those dudes ARE being unnecessarily shady about it, though.
Questions about Dragon Age? Send me an ask!
piratekayte: “Ginger, herbal, matcha”
ginger: favourite colour(s)? - purple and green, copper
matcha: favourite book? - The Bone Key by Sarah Monette and/or The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
herbal:post a selfie - I usually keep my face off the blog, but I’ll see what I can do in a follow up post!
When I was in high school, I learned Tolkien's Elvish alphabet and made a few of my friends learn it too, so we could pass notes in class that were transliterated into Elvish, so that nobody else could read them if they fell into the wrong hands.
I am so glad we are friends.
In Gettysburg, my friend Jordan and I would play Civ every night in the living room, and when other people were there and we didn’t want anyone to know what we were talking about, we’d text each other even though we were literally sitting right next to each other.

Red, totally. Also, what was the pattern you were using for it? I know you mentioned it before.

RED
I'm glad we're all on the same wavelength! And I'm planning on using Simplicity 3688, with a modified collar. (Which should be fun because collars are hard as fuck.) I don't have a specific pattern for the shirt, but I do have a shirtdress pattern with the perfect bodice (tucks and pleats and all!) even though the sleeves are totally wrong.
I'll deal with the shirt once the suit is done. :P

The Brimper meetup was, hands-down, the highlight of con weekend for me, for all the reasons described here and more. Briana and Andrea, I cannot thank you both enough for putting this together and making such a wonderful night happen.

This was definitely the coolest place to be in New York on Friday night. I had a great time. Thanks so much for putting this together.
You guys are so incredibly welcome. Almost a week later and I still can't get over how awesome it was to see everyone come out for this. :)
