This week’s magma theme was PIRATES 🏴‍☠️ Yo ho, heave ho.

Thank you @weeklymagmas for hosting this week’s Pirate jam. Got some cool drawing done over there.

You know that with the pirate theme, I HAD to include Hueso in at least ONE drawing. 🤣

And I also took the opportunity to make a comic that references Disney’s Peter Pan. You know that one scene where Captain Hook straight up SHOOTS a guy just for singing? Don’t worry, Leo survives getting shot, Raph is fishing Leo out of the water while Mikey is lecturing Donnie about how it’s NOT okay to shoot your brother, even if said brother’s singing is annoying. Guns… not my forte.

A bit more stuff going on in my Egyptian Turtles AU where Leopatra and Usagi encounter some pirates (yes pirates DO exist in Ancient Egypt) during their quest to find the Key. You basically can’t have a pirate magma jam without at least one drawing of someone being forced to walk the plank, can’t you? I blame Usagi for getting himself and Leopatra into trouble with the pirates, never mind the fact that Leopatra accidentally forgot to hide his pretty shell when disguising himself as a pirate.

I don’t like how Usagi’s ears turned out in the second picture for some reason. 😑

I also took part in a mini-collab hosted by @kurithedweeb alongside @frogandbird, @hotflatwaffle, and @autisticartistnauthor. I drew Leopatra disguised as a pirate. Hmm.. maybe I should make another pirate disguise for Leopatra later on 🤔

I originally wanted to finish my beach piece in csp and render everything but i got tired so! it is fine as it is. I got my water practice out of it and i am happy

YARRRRR!! Here we be again! Another weekly magma jam! Ha! Worthy of existing in me treasure hoard!

But no seriously, this week's theme for the @weeklymagmas was:

✨️Pirates✨️

We all had so much fun with this, I kid you not, go to the @weeklymagmas page because it shows we went crazy...

But here are my contributions to the Pirates jam!

I wanted to do a Sea of Thieves kraken battle scene, and so I did! I'm gonna admit, I regret doing it slightly because of how long it took to complete- BUT!! It came out ✨️WONDERFUL✨️ in the end! I would 100% do it again!

I like how I made Raph wrap his leg around the tentacle and go for the cut!!! Like! AAAHHHHHH! I love my brain so much!

The next piece is: Pirate Leo!

This was just doodle for the sake I had time to spare before the magma exports happened, and I like how it turned out! I was thinkin' on a plot the whole time I drew this and ended up coming with the idea that:

Leo was the only one not affected for pissing off someone, and said pissed if person cursed Raph, Donnie, and Mikey, to slowly deteriorate and become sea beasts, its a slow process of the transformation, and painful, but here Leo is, hoping he can find ✨️The Pearl✨️, before his brothers lose themselves to their sea beast bodies forever... (I dunno what else to do with thay from there lol, just thought it was fun! That and I was cycling through two different ideas, so its no official what I was thinking, just wanted the three to be cursed and Leo having to fix his dum dum mistake).

Anyway! I enjoyed hanging out at this magma again! Drawing with everyone was so fun and very well rewarded.
