Hello friends!  Going to boost my sketch blog EchoVault ! Right now it has a bunch of my old work, and I’ll be adding more things like cute cartoon girls, fantasy creatures, scary monsters, occasional fan art, warm-ups, etc.  They’re going to be taken by phone until my scanner is fixed, but I also have my tablet.

I really love Undertale.  I loved the pacifist option, so I followed it all the way to one of the most heartwarming endings I’ve ever experienced.  I recommend playing it highly, especially for it’s cost ($10) on Steam.

With new games I like seeing play through videos before I commit, but after seeing the level of craftsmanship with this game it was evident.

However, I had not realized how different the tale can be.  Shocking is how I’d phrase it.  After seeing the best end, so well thought out, I’m horrified to think how dark the alternate ending is.  It may be so disturbing I’d need someone to play with me.  And a lot of breaks.

Adding more of the work I did at my internship to my website.  I wasn’t there for too long, and my traditional animation took most of those weeks.  However, I have plenty of things to look at, CHECK ME OUT!

Have you considered staging her blinks differently? Her blinking during her transition to the final pose reduces the impact. Keep on tweaking my friend.

I have, yeah. The longer I look at that blink, the more it bothers me. Probably gonna do another pass on the overall timing and staging of the actions. Thanks for letting me know!

The kind of things that preamble my writing looks like this:

Sometimes you have to bust through the veil you made for yourself.  You may think it protects you, but it only squeezes you into a limited world.  Things that people write of inspire you to do great things, so why ever stop?  Keep proliferating the messages and symbols that are true to you.  People need redundancy to counterbalance the truly redundant messages, the things that weigh a person’s mind.

The way I got started animating was creating an animation buddy (something I’d like animating) and deciding on a medium (traditional, pen). Also, animating in Photoshop is pretty intuitive.

I actually know the basics of animation when I'm not dicking around.

Do I address directly?  Should I make it this big sappy?  Will they hear it at all?

It's just... I want to keep it professional. I don't just want to send out a big basket of spaghetti into the Internet.

Like I'd be cool if it was responded to at all, but just saying my favorite outcome would be if we would be pen pals and send little cartoons to each other.  It would be so cute.
