Abbot has a different relationship with how he teaches the staff than Robby. Which I think is beautiful, i think it's very nice to see the two different sides. - What do you think is Abbot's style is? - Abbot's style? You see it with Langdon right there- like he's been- in 14 he quickly comes in and sort of gives him a pat on the back. Where as Robby has demanded that be earned over this very long shift. Abbot is quick to praise. He does it with- he doesn't even know Santos in season one and she does that crazy procedure, which was very dangerous, she shouldn't have done, and he's like, "You never should have done that, but good job you saved her though." You know what I mean, that's the different kind of style you're looking at. And with Dr. Mohan he understands she's very careful in her work because she is incredibly caring. Ya know? He doesn't see that as a problem, he sees that as her superpower. And he trusts her and he believes in her, you know what I mean? And that's not to say that Robby's way isn't effective, it's just that's just how Abbot works.
