Slow cooked lamb shoulder, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and lemon-oregano sauce. I also really liked the spicy chicken bun, which was a whole grilled British chicken thigh, with homemade guacamole, spicy onion & tomato salsa, mayo, and fresh cilantro. If you’ve got enough room left then you have to finish with the choco bun.
